STANDARD CONTRACT

Our standard construction contract process is ideal for clients who already have stamped plans for their project and are prepared to proceed with construction. We will carefully evaluate your plans, estimate the project cost, and then proceed to execute a construction contract. Subsequently, we will obtain the necessary permits, construct the project, and facilitate the issuance of your certificate of occupancy.

DESIGN - BUILD

Our conceptual phase is tailored for clients who require the development of a floor plan and MEP narratives. We also provide comprehensive architectural plans and renderings. This process allows us to initiate the project without a significant financial commitment. We estimate that the conceptual phase accounts for approximately 10-15% of the architectural process and provides sufficient information to prepare a design-build contract. Once all parties are in agreement, we will proceed to obtain the necessary permits, construct the project, and facilitate the issuance of your certificate of occupancy.
